Contributing editor Joe Tralongo and I spent a few days in a 2008 GMC Yukon Hybrid in and around New York City. This is our inaugural video review so it is a little rough around the edges.

I trust I didn't put you to sleep with my diatribe at the end of the video. We'll improve with practice but despite the quality of the video and the editing, I hope that our impressions of the vehicle were communicated.

The GMC Yukon Hybrid is high-tech vehicle that delivers on its promise to deliver improved fuel mileage in a myriad of conditions. What impressed me the most was that it is a no-compromise SUV albeit with a hefty price premium. If you love or need a full-size SUV and you drive enough to realize the fuel savings, you should consider the GMC Yukon Hybrid.
